Independent Chef Céline Pham, is known for her delicious fusion food, mixing influences from both French and Vietnamese cuisine. After graduating from renowned school Ferrandi, she earned her spurs working at Ze Kitchen Galerie, Saturne and Septime.
After travelling around the world, she came up with Tontine, an ephemeral restaurant with no address, no chef and no set menu. Attracted by this original concept, several chefs came by to share their cuisine and their identity with the guests, always in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
What Céline Pham advocates for is what La Chassagnette has been promoting on a daily basis: a simple yet palatable cuisine, with organic seasonal ingredients. Her personal signature comes in associating traditional Vietnamese cuisine with French gastronomic techniques. The result is a fair and spicy cuisine.
