At the heart of the Camargue, La Chassagnette’s GARDEN draws its uniqueness from the soil of the Rhône delta. Either native to the Camargue or from further afield, vegetables reign here, each one of them waiting for the ideal HARVESTING time.

Armand Arnal’s intuitive CUISINE follows nature’s rhythm finding a subtle and essential harmony in its fertile sobriety. A succession of expertise, from the gardener to the cook, which leads to an intuitive creation of a MENU highlighting nature’s flavours without restraining them.

Through the chef’s ENCOUNTERS, both far and near, bonds are created and come to fruition, blossoming into sensual and spiritual INSPIRATIONS.

In short, our Guests are also our friends ... fascinating people whom we would love you to meet. Among them: Pierre Touitou, gastronomic sensation of the year, amazingly talented and Fooding d'Amour Guide 2018. He shares with Armand Arnal, our chef, a passion for Japan, a philosophy of a healthy haute cuisine for all, through a Mediterranean cuisine that changes everyday.

During two exceptional lunches, Pierre joins La Chassagnette's team to interpret, reinvent what our garden will have to offer these mornings, on September 30th and October 1st. A fresh dialogue between him and you, around a crazy yet elegant, splendid yet simple menu.

Pierre Touitou, 24, won his spurs at Alain Ducasse's Plaza Athénée, at Kei, Miznon, Servan, Les Deux Amis - in Paris, but also at Pierre Gagnaire Sketch, in London and at Mostrador Santa Teresita in Uruguay... before being praised by critics, adored by amateurs and invited to La Chassagnette!

After the chefs Taku Sekine, Bruno Verjus and Sylvestre Wahid, we are very happy to welcome Pierre to our vegetable garden and our kitchens, and we hope to share with you the exquisite fruit of this culinary reunion.
