Armand Arnal’s intuitive CUISINE follows nature’s rhythm finding a subtle and essential harmony in its fertile sobriety. A succession of expertise, from the gardener to the cook, which leads to an intuitive creation of a MENU highlighting nature’s flavours without restraining them.

Through the chef’s ENCOUNTERS, both far and near, bonds are created and come to fruition, blossoming into sensual and spiritual INSPIRATIONS.

After working with big names in the gastronomy world (Ducasse, Darroze, etc.), Taku Sekine, together with his mixologist friend Amaury Guyot, opened his restaurant Dersou in Paris in 2014.

A cuisine integrating tastes from Asia and changing every day according to seasons and inspirations of the Japanese Chef. A brand-new concept in Paris, pairing food and cocktails which allowed Tekine and Guyot’s restaurant to be awarded Meilleure Table de France by the Fooding Guide in 2016.

First chef invited of the season, Tekine will take control of La Chassagnette kitchens together with the chef Armand Arnal on Sunday 17 and Monday 18 of June 2018.
