At the heart of the Camargue, La Chassagnette’s GARDEN draws its uniqueness from the soil of the Rhône delta. Either native to the Camargue or from further afield, vegetables reign here, each one of them waiting for the ideal HARVESTING time.

Armand Arnal’s intuitive CUISINE follows nature’s rhythm finding a subtle and essential harmony in its fertile sobriety. A succession of expertise, from the gardener to the cook, which leads to an intuitive creation of a MENU highlighting nature’s flavours without restraining them.

Through the chef’s ENCOUNTERS, both far and near, bonds are created and come to fruition, blossoming into sensual and spiritual INSPIRATIONS.

Young Japanese chef trained alongside the greatests like Alain Ducasse or Hélène Darroze, Sekine is the co-founder of the well-known Parisian restaurant Dersou, pioneer in cocktails pairing menus, an innovative concept that was awarded “Best Table 2016” by the famous Fooding Guide. Sekine continues his adventure with the opening of a brand-new restaurant in Paris: Cheval d'Or.

Far away from the Parisian swarm, Taku Sekine will explore the Camargue lands for the second time, and we are honored to welcome him this summer to celebrate the art of cooking at La Chassagnette! Driven by the same passion of Arnal for the Land of the Rising Sun, Sekine offers an Asian-influenced culinary repertoire inspired by his multiple travels around the World!

Passionate by high quality products, our duo of chefs and the team of La Chassagnette will prepare joyful, surprising and tasty meals. And as cooking goes hand in hand with sharing, Sekine will take up residence in our kitchen for an experience that will for sure awaken your senses on Friday 30th of August, for lunch and for dinner, but also on Saturday 31st of August for lunch!
