For more than 500 years, we have been associating caviar with luxury and success since its discovery in Astrakhan. This is where the family-owned company Volzhenka settled down years ago.
Individually selected for its size and its consistency, the Volzhenka caviar is collected from sturgeons at specific periods of the year, when the water temperature is between 14°C and 16°C, in order to assure an exceptional taste. Sturgeons are kept in a tributary of the Volga river which is the most eco-friendly and peaceful place of the delta. They are fed with natural fodder which improves the caviar taste and nutritional value.
From the marvellous and subtle pearls of Beluga to the smallest aromatic Siberian varieties, the quality and freshness of Volzhenka are unrivalled all around the World!
