Notorious and quite iconoclastic figure, Frédérick Grasser Hermé is to come to La Chassagnette for an exclusive special themed lunch. "Au menu", her signature course: a bread crumb-couscous.
Her recipe was inspired by a 10th century one and was awarded the jury first prize at the San Vito Lo Capo couscous world festival in 2008. If Frédérick Grasser Hermé were to be described in one word, it would definitely be rock'n'roll! Her vision of what gastronomy should be breaks the norms and she turns traditional dishes into real gastronomic courses.
She will come accompanied by Nicolas Julhès, La Distillerie de Paris' founder. As a spirits enthusiast, he elaborates crafts innovative distillates with a mix of great know-how and carefully selected raw ingredients. For the occasion, he will let La Chassagnette's guests have a taste of an exclusive eau de vie made of bread.
You may have got it already, this lunch si going to be an original and gastronomic one, just like La Chassagnette.
