La Chassagnette participates at the French Cuisine Festival: "La Fête de la Gastronomie"
Friday 22nd - Saturday 23rd
Sunday 24th of September 2017
Since 2011, France has celebrated its gastronomy with passion and style each year and this year is no exception.
La Fête de la gastronomie brings the community together to cook and eat. It is, of course, about tasting. But it is also about sharing, exchanging, and discovering the value of food, cooking, eating AND about the farmers, fisherman, millers, and more who sow, reap, harvest, and husband the “ingredients” that end up in our glasses and on our plates.
The theme of this year’s festival is “Au coeur du produit” (at the heart of the produce). Stéphane Layani, President of Rungis Market in Paris (the world’s largest wholesale food market) is the festival’s patron.
It is then quite naturally that La Chassagnette restaurant decided to participate to that festival once again!
La Chassagnette is a vegetable kingdom where produces get treated like a king as evidenced by its 4,5 acre garden-orchard where 200 varieties of produce are organically farmed throughout the year without chemicals or pesticides before being exalted by the Chef and his team in the restaurant kitchen.
On September 22nd, 23rd and 24th 2017, La Chassagnette invites you from 11:00 am to taste a 5 flavour notes menu in a unique environment after having explored its magical garden!
Garden visit + 5 flavour notes Menu - € 85 / person
(at lunch – beverages not included)
Do not forget to book your table!
