ARMAND ARNAL’s intuitive cuisine follows nature’s rhythm finding a subtle and essential harmony in its fertile sobriety. A succession of expertise, from the gardener to the cook, which leads to an intuitive creation of a MENU highlighting nature’s flavours without restraining them.

Through the chef’s ENCOUNTERS, both far and near, bonds are created and come to fruition, blossoming into sensual and spiritual INSPIRATIONS.

Adrien Cachot x La Chassagnette

While in Camargue,rising chef Adrien Cachot talked about his experience with chef Armand Arnal. Learn more about the 2 special lunches they prepared together!

Adrien Cachot started cooking at age 15, when traditional schooling was not an option anymore. He has worked with chef Nicolas Magie for 10 years. He then joined Christian Etchebest’s team in Le Touquet before opening his own bistro: Détour.

In 2019, he was acknowledged as a “Young Talent” by renowned guide Gault & Millau. However, what brought him to the public’s eyes was his participation in the latest season of TV culinary show Top Chef, where he made it to the final!

After such achievements, Adrien Cachot will come and cook at La Chassagnette for two exceptional lunches in Camargue.

What makes his works so captivating is the way he lets his emotions and passion free as he cooks. What drives him is the love for his job and his never-ending curiosity as he defines his cuisine as playful, sensitive and artistic.

With due respect to the raw ingredients they pick, both Adrien, Armand and La Chassagnette’s team will be delighted to work on surprising yet delicious dishes. The only one rule that we love to spice things up? Cooking local ingredients only and bringing out the best from La Chassagnette’s vegetable garden’s veggies!
