Encounter with Madame Saké
Spring is a sacred season for Armand Arnal and Japan. In the kitchen garden of La Chassagnette, as in Japanese parks, it's the great awakening of plants that inspire star chefs and sake masters alike.
Our first event opens with this invitation: Madame Saké will be at La Chassagnette on Saturday April 13.
7 years ago, Adrienne Saulnier-Blache, or Madame Saké, came to La Chassagnette's cellar to test her precious sakés. A great success! Now she's back with even more exceptional bottles, made by the extraordinary sake masters she has the art of unearthing. Adrienne has been importing these refined beverages to France since 2015, "to broaden the field of possibilities in the world of taste by blending flavors", she says.
Adrienne, Armand and their team have come up with two meals, a lunch and a dinner, for you to choose from, blending two cultures that are so different yet so well combined.
