La Maison Ruinart & La Chassagnette
Climate change is a new challenge for La Maison Ruinart and La Chassagnette. In the Champagne vineyards, as in the Camargue vegetable garden, winemakers and gardeners are witnessing milder winters, warmer early springs, steadily rising average temperatures, early grape harvests and crops.
“We need to deepen our knowledge and adjust our practices with agility to continue revealing the singularity of the Champagne terroir.” Frédéric Panaïotis, Cellar Master at Ruinart, shares this observation with Armand Arnal, Chef at La Chassagnette. The same know-how.
So, to present the new edition its Blanc Singulier, édition 19, La Maison Ruinart is organizing unique experiences this summer with chefs committed to sustainable gastronomy: Armand Arnal, at La Chassagnette, Eric Guérin, at La Mare aux Oiseaux and Romain Antoine at Mas Candille.
On Friday, June 28th, Armand Arnal will launch the presentation of La Maisons Ruinart’s Blanc Singulier, édition 19. The chef and his teams have imagined unprecedented combinations of seasonal flavors and ingredients with Ruinart champagnes and this singular new cuvée.
